Over the past six years, he has helped nonprofits, associations, educational organizations, and small businesses leverage technology to improve operations, strengthen communications, and support growth. His experience spans website development, cloud hosting, network infrastructure, systems integration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.

Jackson founded Ratek Solutions with a simple philosophy: technology should solve problems, not create them.
